I have been to counseling previously and always came away feeling I had an excuse for my problems, but never really learned any practical ways of facing up to them, let alone addressing them. However, Joanne has given me some tools to work with and given me belief, finally, that I can be the person I aspire to be. I really like her no nonsense approach while still giving hope and encouragement.
